Of course you can continue shopping, you can always go back to your shopping cart by clicking on the 'shopping bag icon' at the top right.
Please note:  if items are in your shopping cart, this does not mean that they are reserved.

Are you shopping out? Then it's time to complete your order. Click on the  'shopping bag icon'  at the top right to go to your Branoni's items. In the next screen you can adjust the numbers if necessary. Then click the  'Proceed to Checkout' button . Now you land on the check-out page. Here you can easily enter all your details on one page.

Note:  After you have completed your order, you can no longer change it, because your order will be processed immediately so that you can receive it as soon as possible.

 

  1. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

We will take care of the shipping costs. So you pay no shipping costs.*

* Shipping costs to return your item must be paid by yourself.

  1. CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

Yes, we ship all your items with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page, you will receive the link via e-mail as soon as your order has been shipped.

It can sometimes take a while before the Track & Trace status is available.

  1. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

We strives for a fast delivery of the products. When you place an order on working days before 3:00 PM, we aim to process your order the same day. We ship many of our items directly through our suppliers. As a result, the average delivery time is 10 - 15 working days.

United States: 4-12 days
United Kingdom: 4-12  days
Canada: 4-12 days
Australia: 6-12 days
Europe: 4-8 days
Other: 4-14 days

  1. I AM NOT HOME DURING THE DELIVERY, WHAT NOW?

If your package cannot be delivered, it will be held for 7 days at a local postal facility. You will also receive a notification from the carrier, indicating the pick-up location. After this period, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse.

  1. WRONG ADDRESS

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

  1. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your Track & Trace indicates that your package has been delivered to your address but you have not received your order, please report this. An investigation will be initiated 14 days after the indicated delivery date by the relevant postal service. We will keep you informed until the investigation is concluded.
